This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the buckramsystems.com website and the services provided by Vladexx LLC (“Buckram”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time, and the version in effect is the one posted here.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or services (for example, through denial-of-service activity);
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or access controls;
- Reverse engineer or copy our services except to the extent permitted by law.
Authorized security testing performed by us, or for you under a written agreement, is expressly permitted within the agreed scope.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of our website and services, for any content and data you provide, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. You must keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may suspend or terminate access to the website or services, remove offending content, or take other appropriate action, including cooperating with law enforcement, consistent with applicable law and any Services Agreement.
